Confidentiality
We follow strict confidentiality guidelines and privacy legislation. We will not release any of your personal information, including information about your health history to other parties, such as family, medical, insurance or legal professionals, unless we receive a request from you in writing, or if we are required to do so by law.

Please note that we treat clients by appointment only.
Payment Methods
We accept: Cash, Visa®, Mastercard®, Medavie Blue Cross®, Debit
Receipts
Receipts will be issued to the person receiving the treatment. Receipts for treatments where a gift certificate is redeemed or payment made by a third party will be stated as such.
Extended Health Plans
Please check with your insurance company prior to your first visit to confirm their requirements for massage therapy claim submissions.
Be On Time
We respect you and your time. We ask the same of you. Please be on time for your appointment.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made with a minimum 24-hour notice. Cancellations made within less than the required notice and missed appointments will be charged at the regular fee for the appointment. The invoice will be mailed to your home address.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates at Marina Del Rey Massage Therapy may not be redeemed for cash.
When a gift certificate is purchased, the description of the service will be “Gift Certificate” and the dollar amount paid will be listed on the receipt. When the gift certificate is redeemed, a receipt for the dollar amount of the gift certificate will not be issued. If the recipient of the massage wishes to receive a receipt, the dollar amount listed will be “gift certificate redeemed” with no dollar amount given.
Gift Certificates by Marina Del Rey Massage Therapy have no expiry date. However, we recommend that they be redeemed within one year of purchase, as prices for treatments may change.
Workshops
Our workshops will show attendees basic massage techniques to be used on friends and family only, and by no means qualify them as a massage therapist or to give workshops in this subject matter. The practice of massage therapy is regulated in Ontario by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
